NerdCity Collectables Site Policies:
NerdCity Collectables reserves authority to make changes to our site, as well as any associated policies (including Terms and Conditions) at all times. Remember: As the parameters of business fluctuate, so too does our capability of doing business. NerdCity Collectables reserves the right to reject orders, as well as suspend or terminate accounts for any reason. This includes individuals choosing to behave in an abusive or inappropriate manner through their communication with the business.
Orders of all items and quantities will be subject to their respective availability during the time the order is fulfilled. This includes and is not limited to the instances where items are allocated by the vendor.
On occasion, there will be orders that cannot be fulfilled for whatever reason. NerdCity Collectables reserves the right to modify or cancel any such order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to protect account confidentiality (including account name and password). You agree to accept responsibility for any purchases that occur using your account. Those under 18 years of age may only purchase items through our site with the use of a parent or guardian figure.

Returns and refunds:
The market of comics and merchandise is an ever-changing one. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on comic books, back issues, and books sold through us. Please note that while all stock is stored with tremendous care, minor cosmetic damage may be possible through the course of stocking and storing our collectables. Thus, there is no guarantee regarding the condition of an item. Further, we do not grade any of our items, and leave such work to independent third parties.
As stated, we do appreciate your business. If you feel that you’ve received an item that’s received notable damage, please contact us at storeinfo@nerdcitycollectables.com so that we may look into this. It should be noted that we must be contacted within two weeks from the date of delivery to resolve such issues related to your order.
Disputes:
Please note that once you’ve made a purchase from our site, that you are doing business with an entity based in Sevierville, TN. That means that you are consenting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sevierville, in the state of Tennessee.
All issues relating to purchase from NerdCity Collectables shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial or other Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that the location of the arbitration will be Sevierville, in the State of Tennessee.
