The market of comics and merchandise is an ever-changing one. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns on comic books, back issues, and books sold through us. Please note that while all stock is stored with tremendous care, minor cosmetic damage may be possible through the course of stocking and storing our collectables. Thus, there is no guarantee regarding the condition of an item. Further, we do not grade any of our items, and leave such work to independent third parties.
As stated, we do appreciate your business. If you feel that you’ve received an item that’s received notable damage, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may look into this. It should be noted that we must be contacted within two weeks from the date of delivery to resolve such issues related to your order.
